A while ago I posted pictures of a box I had started for a special project.  Finally finished it in amongst a million other things.

This is going to home to England with me for my dad on my next visit.   He has my Great Grandad’s medals from the First World War 1914 – 1918 (also known as the Great War.

Just a simple box to store something very special in and I hope he likes it as a Birthday Gift. 

I’m safe posting this as no way he will see it as he doesn’t use the Internet.  Those of you that know him… 🤐🤐🤐

Some soft material pouches to put the medals inside in would be nice but my needlework skills are not so good…
